Cresthill Academy, along with many other businesses, has gone through many many changes in the last few weeks. As a result, we, and I am sure many other businesses in the area, have been closely following changes in legislation regarding small businesses.
Here at Cresthill, our HR team has been diligently following all the updates provided by legislation and The Department of Labor. Recently the FFCRA was passed in our legislation along with a poster explaining employee rights.
Here is a link to the poster shared by The Department of Labor on your rights during the time affected by Coronavirus. We have shared this link with our internal Cresthill Employees, but wanted to share it with you as well, should you find it useful in your own line of work.
