Cresthill Academy utilizes relevant and developmentally appropriate technology to optimize our students' education. Tadpoles smart app is used to maximize communication and connection between family, child and school.
 

Furthermore, our school features a cutting-edge coded entry system, meticulously designed to grant access only to individuals affiliated with our enrolled students. To provide added peace of mind, we have strategically placed video cameras throughout our premises. The director’s office maintains continuous live feeds from every classroom and play space without distracting parents at work or home. In light of the importance of safeguarding our students' privacy, we have opted to keep our video system on a closed circuit. This decision serves as an additional layer of protection against potential threats, ensuring that the privacy and safety of every child at Cresthill Academy is preserved. 
 

As part of our commitment to security, we do not allow live Internet feeds to external computers, preventing any unauthorized sharing of images or potential privacy breaches thereby reducing risks associated with compromised privacy, unauthorized sharing of children's images, or potential breaches by hackers.

Tadpoles gives parents an incomparable means for staying in touch with how their child is performing and what they’re learning.

Parents can update teachers with the Drop-Off Notes feature on the Tadpoles app by adding details about their child's morning routine before dropping them off at school. This feature is especially beneficial for parents of infants, allowing them to input information such as the child's last feeding, diaper change, sleep patterns, and morning behavior. 

By utilizing the Tadpoles app on their smartphone, parents can provide relevant updates to teachers and caregivers, enabling better communication and understanding of the child's needs and activities throughout the day. This feature also affords parents the opportunity to spend a few extra moments with their little one before parting ways, ensuring a smooth transition and a seamless exchange of information between home and school environments.

Our teachers use Tadpoles to log your child's educational achievements or send reminders during the day and provide information about your child's daily activities, meals, naps, and potty times. Teachers also share special moments with parents by sending photos or video clips.
